Definitions and Terms
Our website is www.instantcode.uk.
Seller – the previously mentioned commercial company.
Buyer – can be any natural or legal person who creates an account on the Site and places an Order.
Client – a person who has or gains access to the Content and Service after creating the Account.
User – any natural or legal person registered on the Site who, by completing the account creation process, agrees to the specific terms of the site as outlined in the Terms and Conditions section.
Account – the section of the Site consisting of an email address and password that allows the Buyer to place orders, containing information about the Client/Buyer and the Buyer’s history on the Site. The User is responsible for ensuring that all information entered during account creation is correct, complete, and up-to-date.
Favorites – the section of the Account allowing the Buyer/User to create lists of Goods and Services they wish to monitor for potential purchase, using the Seller’s tracking service by receiving commercial communications from the Seller.
List – the section within Favorites where the Buyer/User can add Goods or Services they wish to monitor for potential purchase, which they can later delete or add to their shopping cart ("My Cart").
My Cart – a section of the Account allowing the Buyer/User to add Goods or Services they wish to purchase either immediately or later. If Goods or Services are not purchased immediately upon adding them, the Buyer/User benefits from the Seller’s tracking service by receiving commercial communications.
Site – the online store hosted at instantcode.eu.
Content – represents:
– All information on the Site accessible through electronic equipment;
– Content of emails sent by the Seller to Buyers electronically or through other available communication methods;
– Any information communicated through any means by an employee/collaborator of the Seller to the Buyer, based on provided or unspecified contact information;
– Information about Goods/Services and/or rates applied by the Seller during a specific period;
– Information about Goods/Services and/or rates offered by a third-party with whom the Seller has partnership agreements during a certain period;
– Data regarding the Seller or other privileged information.
Order – an electronic document that represents communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Buyer expresses their intention to purchase Goods and Services from the Site.
Goods and Services – any product or service listed on the Site, including those mentioned in the Order, which will be provided by the Seller to the Buyer following the completed order.
Campaign – the action of commercially displaying a finite number of Goods/Services with limited and predefined stock for a limited period set by the Seller.
Transaction – collection or refund of a sum resulting from the sale of a product/service by instantcode.eu to the Client, through the card processor approved by instantcode.eu or via bank transfer, regardless of delivery method.
Website Usage Rules
Instantcode.eu allows the conclusion of distance selling contracts for products over the Internet, as stipulated in these Regulations.
The product sales contract is concluded between the website user, a natural or legal person ("CLIENT"), and instantcode.eu.
The prerequisite for using the online store is to understand and accept these Regulations.
The information provided by the Client during order placement must be real, current, and accurate. Instantcode.eu reserves the right to refuse an order if the provided data is inaccurate and makes order fulfillment impossible, specifically if it prevents proper product delivery. Before refusing an order, instantcode.eu will attempt to contact the Client to clarify the required data.
The Store takes all technical and administrative measures required by current legislation to protect Clients' personal data, particularly to prevent unauthorized access or modification of personal data provided during registration.
The Client who uses the store is obligated:
a) Not to provide or transmit legally prohibited information; b) To use the store in a manner that does not disrupt its functioning; c) Not to distribute or place incorrect commercial information within the store; d) To use the store without causing inconvenience to other clients or the store administrator; e) To use information published on the store pages solely for personal purposes.
Order
The Client/Buyer can place orders on the Site by adding desired Goods to the shopping cart and completing the order by making payment through expressly indicated methods. Once added to the cart, a Good is available for purchase as long as stock is available. Adding a Good to the cart without finalizing the order does not constitute an order or automatic reservation.
By finalizing the order, the Buyer agrees that all data provided during the purchasing process is correct, complete, and true at the time of placing the order.
By finalizing the order, the Buyer consents to be contacted by the Seller through any means available/agreed upon by the Seller whenever necessary.
The Seller may cancel the order placed by the Buyer after prior notification, without any subsequent obligations of either party or entitlement to damages under the following circumstances:
Non-acceptance of the transaction by the card issuer's bank for online payments;
Transaction invalidation by the approved card processor for online payments;
Incomplete and/or incorrect data provided by the Client/Buyer on the Site;
Products are out of stock or unavailable from suppliers.
Delivery of Goods
All products sold by instantcode.eu are delivered via email (electronically) within a maximum of 12 hours.
After placing the order, the client receives via email an Excel file containing the ordered codes, an archive containing printable codes (FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST), and the fiscal invoice.
Complaints and Returns
Due to the nature of the products, returns or refunds are not possible. However, we guarantee the replacement of goods if they are delivered non-functional, provided the client can demonstrate this, or a refund of the amount corresponding to the number of non-functional items, based on the client's preference.
Other Provisions
Instantcode.eu reserves the right to modify product prices in the store, introduce new products, carry out or revoke promotional actions on the store’s website, and implement changes in accordance with current legislation, provided these changes do not violate the rights of individuals who have concluded sales contracts before these changes or the rights of participants authorized in specific promotions, according to their principles, throughout their duration.
Instantcode.uk reserves the right to send promotional materials such as newsletters to subscribers who have opted in for this type of electronic communication.
